🏫 Job Description

We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Pre-School Teacher to join our early childhood team. The successful candidate will nurture young learners and support their development in line with the Ghana Education Service (GES) and NaCCA early childhood curriculum. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based learning activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Prepare teaching and learning materials for early childhood education
• Observe and assess children’s progress and keep proper records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on pupils’ progress
• Promote discipline and positive behavior using child-friendly approaches
• Participate in school activities and meetings

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of one (1) year teaching experience (pre-school experience preferred)
• Knowledge of GES/NaCCA early childhood curriculum
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children

• Possession of a valid teaching license
